This was a pretty good game even though we were dead-short on players. A holler to Marshall for bringing his roommate to fill the lineup card although I have to say he sucks. He struck out twice (in a row), the second time after saying he's going to hit a monster opposite-field homerun. Right.
We also had to pick up Billy from the other team who did a pretty solid job.
Time to let the boxscore take the floor.
On a different note, it seems like I've been losing it when it comes to my managerial skills. For the past couple weeks, our softball team has been struggling to get eight players to show on a consistent basis. The minimum number of position is ten. Not solid.
In addition, the basketball team has about 6 to 7 players showing up on a consistent basis with two of the main big guns yet to return.
I can't control other peoples' doings though. Besides, all you really need is me. =)
